Founded way back in 1755, Maison Albert Pic & Fils is one of the most historic and prestigious wineries in Burgundy. Considered the oldest wine house in Chablis, it was also among the first to bring the elegance of its whites to the Anglo-Saxon world, winning over generations of connoisseurs with an unmistakable, refined and timeless style.
Nestled at the foot of the hills that are home to the most famous vineyards in the region, Maison Albert Pic has always dedicated itself exclusively to the production of white wines from Chardonnay grapes. A precise choice, guided by the desire to maximize the identity of the terroir. Here, winemaking follows traditional methods that respect the grapes: no barriques, no aromatic superstructure, to leave room for the purity, freshness and minerality that make Chablis famous throughout the world.
In 1985, the maison began a new chapter with the acquisition by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, known for his iconic Pouilly-Fumé. Under his leadership, the cellar underwent a major modernization: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and advanced winemaking technologies were introduced, further elevating the quality, without betraying the maison's historic roots.
Today, Maison Albert Pic & Fils continues to be an absolute reference for Chablis lovers, offering a refined range that includes Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru. Each bottle is an authentic expression of the terroir, the fruit of passion, rigor and profound knowledge.

THE COMPANY
Maison Albert Pic & Fils was founded in 1755 and has been producing white wines of great territorial expression for many years. The maison is located in the Chablis region, northwest of Burgundy, and was recently purchased by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette. The maison's goal is to capture every precious nuance of Chardonnay and translate it into a unique and exclusive Chablis. This wonderful variation of Chardonnay is made possible by the favorable location of the estate vineyards, located in the most suitable areas for growing this variety. The cultivation practices adopted by the maison Albert Pic & Fils are entirely aimed at respecting and caring for the environment, just as the winemaking techniques and winemaking phases are designed to preserve the fruit and its terroir intact. With this aim, only steel and cement tanks are used in the cellar, completely renouncing the use of wooden barrels.
