Chardonnay by Cembra Cantina di Montagna is a wine with a strong and biting but harmonious and authentic character. A rich and powerful nectar that comes from the sunny heroic vineyards located at 500-650 m above sea level. which characterize the rugged slopes of the Cembra Valley and the tenacity of the heroic contributors who challenge the limits imposed by nature. After manual harvesting and soft pressing, both fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks and partly in small French oak barrels. Fine and delicate nature with notes of ripe yellow fruit, banana, mango and a light spiciness. When tasted, it reveals all its power and elegance: full-bodied and mineral, with a pleasant acidic streak, it embodies the refinement of a great high mountain white wine.

Cembra
In the heart of Trentino, among the majestic peaks and breathtaking landscapes of the Dolomites, lies Cantina Cembra, a jewel nestled in the mountains. Here, viticulture reaches altitudes that defy nature, giving wines that are the quintessence of freshness and minerality. Cembra is a name that resonates through the valleys for its dedication to producing white wines that capture the pure essence of these pristine lands.
The Trentino region is a mosaic of intertwined microclimates and soils, offering ideal conditions for growing varieties such as Müller Thurgau and Pinot Noir. The winery has specialized in these grapes, masterfully transforming them into wines that tell stories of altitude and verticality, with an elegance that only mountain air can confer. Müller Thurgau Zeveri, in particular, represents the flagship of Cembra's production: a wine that releases intense aromatic notes and a freshness that recalls the wind among the peaks.
Cembra's production philosophy is a hymn to nature and its pristine beauty. With a respectful and sensitive approach, the winery embraces practices that enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes, without ever forcing nature's hand. The result is labels that speak of authenticity and offer a unique sensory experience, capable of transporting those who taste them on a journey through the paths and rocks of Trentino.
Let yourself be seduced by Cembra's mountain wines on Vino45 and discover the incredible freshness and minerality that only these altitudes can offer. An invitation to explore the purity and verticality that define the identity of this extraordinary winery.
