Trentodoc Riserva Dosaggio Zero 'Oro Rosso' by Cembra Cantina di Montagna is deep and creamy, the prized fruit of a territorial vocation that has been able to shape the rugged slopes of the Cembra Valley into a natural painting of rare beauty. It comes from Chardonnay grapes grown in porphyritic soils, the so-called Red Gold of the valley dwellers, a rock that gives flavour, minerality and extraordinary persistence. Aging on the lysis for approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks and disgorgement after at least 48 months of aging in the bottle. Thick, fine and persistent perlage. Notes of ripe yellow fruit, followed by elegant notes of barley and pastry. When tasted it expresses an extraordinary verticality, minerality and flavor.

Cembra
In the heart of Trentino, among the majestic peaks and breathtaking landscapes of the Dolomites, lies Cantina Cembra, a jewel nestled in the mountains. Here, viticulture reaches altitudes that defy nature, giving wines that are the quintessence of freshness and minerality. Cembra is a name that resonates through the valleys for its dedication to producing white wines that capture the pure essence of these pristine lands.
The Trentino region is a mosaic of intertwined microclimates and soils, offering ideal conditions for growing varieties such as Müller Thurgau and Pinot Noir. The winery has specialized in these grapes, masterfully transforming them into wines that tell stories of altitude and verticality, with an elegance that only mountain air can confer. Müller Thurgau Zeveri, in particular, represents the flagship of Cembra's production: a wine that releases intense aromatic notes and a freshness that recalls the wind among the peaks.
Cembra's production philosophy is a hymn to nature and its pristine beauty. With a respectful and sensitive approach, the winery embraces practices that enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes, without ever forcing nature's hand. The result is labels that speak of authenticity and offer a unique sensory experience, capable of transporting those who taste them on a journey through the paths and rocks of Trentino.
