Rive di Soligo 'Mas de Fer' by Andreola, 'Le Rive' selection, is a Valdobbiadene obtained from grapes from the hills of Col de Fer and San Gallo, in the Rive di Soligo area, from 300 to 500 meters above sea level , to the limits for the cultivation of the Glera vine. The composition of the soil, the temperature range and the constant circulation of air currents create the ideal conditions to bring rich olfactory notes, complexity and character. It boasts very thin and numerous bubbles, a sumptuous foam and intense floral aromas of wisteria and acacia. Crunchy sensations in the mouth and pleasantness and calibrated balance between sweet and savoury.
