Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Rive di S. Pietro di Feletto Ai Boschi 'XXIII Bio' (750 ml.) Andreola

Rive di S. Pietro di Feletto 'XXIII Ai Boschi' by Andreola, selection "Le Rive", is a Valdobbiadene obtained from vineyards managed entirely organically, in the micro production area 'Ai Boschi'. A unique environmental context, where woods alternate with vineyards. It comes from a strong land full of energy that gives it uncommon qualities of body and character. The effervescence is delicate, decisive and continuous and is accompanied by a bouquet of ripe white gooseberries, spring flowers and citrus fruits. A delicate mineral reference underlines its intriguing complexity, rich in salty notes of fresh citrus scents. Multifaceted, it successfully accompanies oysters and shellfish, ethnic dishes, white meats, cured meats, young and medium-aged cheeses.
