Rive di Col San Martino '26° I°' by Andreola, "Le Rive" selection, is a Valdobbiadene that is made from selected grapes from the company's historic vineyards, 4 hectares of steep slopes, located between 170 and 350 meters above sea level , in the heart of the Rive di Col San Martino appellation. The gustatory complexity of this generous Extra Brut comes from the characteristics of the soil. The perlage is energetic and dense, the foam is creamy. The aromas are intense, hawthorn flower and citrus fruits, apple and peach. With a well-defined taste, it stands out for its balanced sapidity and fruity references of uncommon finesse, qualities drawn from particularly suitable soils and exposures. All-round versatile, ideal accompaniment to demanding aperitifs and buffets.
