'Bordini' is the latest addition to La Spinetta offer of Barbaresco. From the vineyard of the same name, it is a particularly fruity, soft and pleasant red wine, whose malolactic fermentation and subsequent maturation take place in second passage French oak barrels for approximately 18 months. Bottle refinement for approximately 8 months. Elegant spicy notes, hints of small red fruits, frangipane and liquorice; complex and balanced taste, with herbaceous and fruity hints. The tannins are well present and the finish is fine and persistent. A Barbaresco capable of surprising both now and in many years to come thanks to its natural aging capacity.
