The Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva by Carpineto winery is produced with grapes from Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) vineyards with a minimum of 70% and no more than 30% between Canaiolo and other authorized varieties. It is then placed for 2 years in oval Slavonian oak barrels and in French oak barrels in the cellar at room temperature, and then refined in bottle for a minimum of 6 months. The Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG selection 'Asinone' by Poliziano is produced only in the best years and the number of bottles produced reflects the quality of the vintage itself. It refines in barriques for 16-18 months before being bottled. On average, production is around 20,000-40,000 bottles. In the years in which it is not bottled, Asinone is "downgraded" to Nobile di Montepulciano base.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano by De' Ricci is an excellent pure Sangiovese with a sweetly fruity aromatic texture and light salty and spicy touches. Harvested manually in crates followed by selection of bunches and berries in sorting tables. The vinification in steel is followed by a maceration of about 22 days. The refinement takes place in tonneaux and large 20 Hl barrels for about 15 months, followed by at least 9 months of permanence in the bottle. It develops in the mouth is complete and articulated, crunchy and ample, fresh and rich in chiaroscuro. Complete and complex wine, with a radiant finish.
