'Prail' by Colterenzio is produced using historic vineyards and this Sauvignon Blanc is born after careful vinification in steel for about 14 days. Only a part of the must ferments in large wooden vats, the rest remains in steel. After 6 months of separate maturation on fine yeasts, the wines are carefully assembled and bottled. It is a characteristic wine, a perfect example of the great white wines of Alto Adige. Unmistakable elegance and a satisfying fullness releasing aromas of elderflower, hawthorn and white fruits. Frankly fresh with a discreet mineral aftertaste. Particularly suitable for asparagus-based dishes and an ideal accompaniment for fish prepared with and aromatic herbs. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Colterenzio
In the enchanting setting of Trentino-Alto Adige, where the mountains touch the sky and the climate is the perfect ally of viticulture, lies the Colterenzio winery. A name that embodies the strength and passion of a one-of-a-kind cooperative, capable of uniting local winemakers under the aegis of quality and respect for the territory. Here, among the vineyards that climb the slopes of the Alps, wines come to life, telling stories of tradition and innovation.
Colterenzio stands out in the winemaking panorama of Alto Adige for its ability to enhance the climatic and varietal peculiarities of the area, producing wines that faithfully reflect the identity of the territory. The winery pays particular attention to native and international grapes, such as the refined Gewürztraminer, the vibrant Sauvignon and the elegant Pinot Noir, each grown with obsessive attention to detail.
Among the most celebrated labels, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon stand out, two wines that perfectly embody the spirit of Colterenzio. Pinot Noir stands out for its refined structure and aromatic bouquet that ranges from berries to delicate spicy notes, while Sauvignon surprises with its intense aromas of citrus and white flowers, accompanied by an exceptional freshness on the palate.
Let yourself be enveloped by the magic of Colterenzio wines, an authentic expression of Trentino-Alto Adige. Discover their labels on Vino45 and embark on a sensory journey through a territory rich in history and unique flavors.
