Pinot Gris 'Tradition' line by Terlan is part of the Bordeaux vine family, the harvest and selection of the grapes is manual. Refines for 5-7 months in steel barrels. It is a wine that immediately presents itself as very elegant, with a delicate fruity bouquet rich in facets and enchants the palate with a balanced acidity that also remains in the aftertaste. It goes well with South Tyrolean first courses based on speck, bresaola or venison salami, but also typical Italian dishes, such as Parma ham, dried tomatoes and olive pâté, herb risotto, nettle gnocchi or beetroot dumplings. It also pairs well with truffle-based recipes, not too spicy veal and grilled fish.
