Matured for 11 years in first fill Bourbon casks, perfect for showcasing this bright and fruity spirit. As the casks are different each time, the character of the product can constantly change. No caramel is added, so the colour always matches the cask it comes from. It is only matured in the best casks and bottled without chill filtration, so all the original flavours remain. Notes of vanilla cream, pears, kiwi, malt, maple syrup, oats, liquorice, toffee, orange peel, pale oak and green apples. Limited production and numbered bottles. Full cask details are on the label.
