Franciacorta Rosé Brut by Contadi Castaldi is a cuvée based on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a classic method sparkling wine with a medium body, soft and fragrant. The winery was founded in 1991 by the historic Moretti family, founders of the famous and renowned Bellavista. The sparkling wine rests for 7 months in steel and then in barrique; it undergoes an initial refinement of 24 to 30 months on the lees and a post-disgorgement of 3-4 months. The bouquet of aromas recalls berries, rose petals and the final nuance of ripe tropical fruit, together with the characteristic crust of freshly baked bread; on the palate it is structured, enveloping and creamy, with a good flavor on the finish. Interesting as an accompaniment to sushi and sashimi dishes, smoked fish, crustaceans and molluscs; also perfect with mixed medium-aged cold cuts. Authentic and refined.

Contadi Castaldi
Contadi Castaldi was founded in 1987 in Adro, in the beating heart of Franciacorta, from an intuition of Vittorio Moretti, founder of the famous Bellavista winery. The transformation of an old furnace, purchased for an emotional bond with his wife's childhood memories, marks the beginning of a success story, where memory, innovation and entrepreneurial vision merge into a unique project.
Today Contadi Castaldi is synonymous with contemporary style, creative experimentation and winemaking excellence. It is the winery that more than any other has been able to revolutionize Franciacorta, maintaining a deep bond with tradition and at the same time opening new paths to the future of the Classic Method. Among its merits, it stands out for having masterfully interpreted and enhanced the Satèn typology, becoming a point of reference for enthusiasts and connoisseurs from all over the world.
The estate extends over a large vineyard heritage and has over 7,000 square meters of modern facilities where the entire production cycle comes to life: from the soft pressing of the grapes to the refinement on the lees in the bottle. Every detail is taken care of with artisanal precision and technological vision, in strict compliance with the times imposed by the Classic Method.
Contadi Castaldi is not just a winery, but a real research laboratory, where innovation and training meet. Masterclasses, events and collaborations with international experts fuel a continuous process of growth and experimentation.
Vino45 is proud to offer the Contadi Castaldi labels in its catalog, to offer a sensory experience that encompasses the vibrant soul of Franciacorta. Each bottle tells a story of passion, family and future, ready to seduce anyone who loves designer bubbles.

THE COMPANY
Contadi Castaldi was founded in 1987 in Adro, when Vittorio Moretti, already owner of the Bellavista winery, decided to transform an old furnace he had purchased because it was linked to his wife's childhood memories into a sparkling wine house. It became a famous and innovative Franciacorta winery capable of combining charm, experimentation, modernity and excellence, thanks to the Moretti family's ancient and well-rooted passion for wine, combined with extraordinary entrepreneurial expertise.
One of the merits of this Franciacorta company was, for example, to have studied and developed the concept of Satèn, and for this reason the winery has become a great point of reference for this type.
Currently the wineries have a large park of vineyards and about 7,000 square meters of internal rooms that host the entire production cycle, from pressing the bunches to aging on the lees in the bottle according to the Classic Method. Large investments are reserved for research and experimentation, also stimulated through the organization of training masters on wine.
