Characterized by a minimal sugar correction at the time of disgorgement, it expresses sensory characteristics exclusively linked to the quality of the grapes. It ages for 30 months on the lees. With a soft foam and fine, persistent perlage, it is intense on the nose, revealing fruity aromas of red fruits and citrus, followed by vegetal aromas of tobacco and aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh and delicate yet assertive, with a significant acidic and savory support that stimulates salivation. It pairs well with both fish and meat dishes that have strong flavors.

THE COMPANY
Terre d’Aenòr was born as an innovative, young, modern project that will lead to the establishment of a new winery in Franciacorta, in Provaglio d’Iseo. In the meantime, a functional winery has been set up, equipped with the latest technology, in a privately owned facility, also in Provaglio d’Iseo. Terre d’Aenòr covers 42 hectares and is estimated to produce 300,000 bottles per year at full capacity.
The company uses a 100% pure organic method, both in the vineyard and in the winery during the winemaking phase, and only estate-grown grapes are used. Terre d’Aenòr is a new winery but benefits from the forty years of experience of the technical manager, Ermes Vianelli, who oversees all agronomic and oenological aspects of the project, alongside a team of young people who collaborate with him. The owner of the winery is Eleonora Bianchi, a young woman who has decided to embrace this entrepreneurial challenge, with the desire to launch a new project focused on qualitative excellence and innovation, marked by a distinctive personality.
