Franciacorta Non Dosato 'Alma Assemblage 1' by Bellavista is an elegant cuvée of 76% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Noir, made from over 30 selected vineyards with vines nearly 30 years old. Presented in 2024 by Francesca Moretti along with Richard Geoffroy (historical chef de cave of Dom Pérignon), the Alma Assemblage 1 line celebrates the uniqueness of each vintage, as suggested by the number 1. Made using the Classic Method, it ages for at least 30 months on the lees, before the disgorgement without dosage, with topping up with identical wine. The aromatic profile expresses citrus, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, spices, and fine pastry. On the palate, it is tense, refined, and energetic, with a great balance between freshness and maturity, a dry finish, and vibrant persistence. Perfect with raw fish, shellfish, sashimi, delicate risottos, and soft fresh cheeses.

Bellavista
When talking about the greatest Franciacorta ever, it is impossible not to immediately think of Bellavista, one of the most prestigious maisons in Brescia. Its labels have marked the history of the denomination, becoming a reference point for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
The origins of this excellence date back to 1977, when Vittorio Moretti chose to invest in the hills around Erbusco with an idea that was as ambitious as it was visionary: to produce sparkling wines capable of competing with the most famous French Champagnes. From that dream, a solid and dynamic project was born, which has significantly contributed to the qualitative evolution of Franciacorta.
The name "Bellavista" is inspired by the hill on which the winery stands, a place from which the view embraces Lake Iseo, the Po Valley, and the Alps. A breathtaking panorama, a reflection of the beauty found in every glass produced. Today, Bellavista can count on over a hundred plots distributed throughout the territory of the denomination: a wealth of soils, microclimates, and exposures that gives uniqueness and complexity to each cuvée.
The Bellavista style is synonymous with elegance, precision, and recognizability. Every bottle that is born in the Erbusco winery is the result of meticulous work and a coherent vision. With a vineyard area close to 200 hectares and an annual production approaching one and a half million bottles, Bellavista offers a range that includes Brut, Extra Brut, Satèn, Riserva Vittorio Moretti, Nectar, Alma Gran Cuvée, and the refined Pas Operé.
Each label tells a story of excellence and deep territorial identity. Bellavista is not just a symbol of Franciacorta: it is an emblem of the best Made in Italy, an ambassador in the world of a winemaking art made of passion, rigor, and authenticity.

Color: Bright straw yellow, crossed by golden reflections.
Perlage: fine and continuous, indicating the long aging on the lees and the precision of the production method.
Bouquet: elegant and layered, with clear notes of white flowers and fresh citrus, enriched by hints of herbal notes, toasted almond, and flint. The profile is dry, refined, and chiseled, with a mineral component that gives depth and verticality to the whole.
Taste: bold and vibrant, with a taut structure and a sharp freshness that accompanies the entire tasting. The creaminess of the perlage perfectly integrates with a saline and savory texture, culminating in a dry, clean, and persistent finish. The complete absence of dosage emphasizes the expressive purity of the Chardonnay (predominant in the cuvée), the technical precision, and the gastronomic vocation of the wine.
