Langhe Nebbiolo 'BricdelBaio' by Ca' del Baio is produced in the heart of the Langhe, where the vines planted in 2001 grow on gray and blue, calcareous-sandy marl. This important Nebbiolo is obtained from the selection of the company's vineyards, a synthesis of the different company grapes and the production philosophy of Ca' del Baio. Red wine with a delicately fruity aroma reminiscent of small berries and raspberry jam; dry, warm, harmonious flavour, with a pleasantly tannic persistence. An ideal companion for Piedmontese gastronomy, from raw meat beaten with a knife to tagliolini with meat sauce, it is perfectly suited to grilled meats and roast beef or medium-aged cheeses.

Ca' del Baio
Nestled among the rolling hills of Barbaresco, in the beating heart of Piedmont, the Ca' del Baio winery stands as a beacon of authenticity and winemaking tradition. Here, in a corner of the world where the earth and man dialogue in harmony, this female-run winery has won over the palates of enthusiasts thanks to its dedication and its ability to interpret the territory with elegance and respect.
The history of Ca' del Baio is deeply rooted in these lands, where the Nebbiolo and Barbera vineyards find their ideal habitat. It is thanks to these noble grapes that the winery manages to create wines that are authentic expressions of the terroir. The production philosophy of Ca' del Baio is based on an approach that combines tradition and innovation, where respect for nature and artisanal techniques is combined with a constant desire for improvement and the pursuit of quality.
Barbaresco Asili, the flagship of the production, represents the pinnacle of this research. This wine, with its complex structure and enveloping aromas, is a hymn to elegance and finesse. Every sip is a sensory journey, in which hints of red fruits intertwine with spicy and floral notes, revealing a perfect balance between power and delicacy.
