Negroamaro 'F' by San Marzano is made from three selected vineyards in the district of Monte La Conca, between the territory of the municipality of San Marzano (TA) and that of Francavilla Fontana (BR), a letter 'F' placed on the wood to identify them. It is a very ancient vine, Negroamaro. Malolactic fermentation in steel and subsequent permanence in French and Caucasian oak barriques for 12 months. In this expression it becomes particularly velvety and elegant, fleshy and prone to ageing. Rich and complex bouquet, with notes of spices, berries and cherry jam. Wine with great body, soft and harmonious, noble tannins, with a pleasantly persistent finish. Excellent with robust first courses, red meats, game and mature cheeses.
