'Bacialè' by Braida represents the harmony of the union of different grape varieties: it is made up of 60% Barbera, to which are added Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The name Bacialè in the Asti dialect in fact indicates the spousal, that is the one who combines marriages. The grapes used come from vineyards located in two different areas: Rocchetta Tanaro and Castelnuovo Calcea. The refinement, partly in wooden vats and partly in oak barrels for a duration of about 12 months. Once the various parts have been assembled, a 4-month aging in bottle is performed. The result is an intense and brilliant ruby red wine. Fruity and spicy bouquet, with notes of blackberry, plum, pepper and cinnamon. Full and balanced body, soft and fresh, elegance and lively.
