THE DISTILLERY
The Inga family, specialised in the distillation of premium liquors since 1832, is pleased to present two exclusive distilled gins with a taste of the Mediterranean, dedicated to the wonderful Island of Panarea, the pearl of the Aeolian Islands: Panarea Island Gin and Panarea Sunset Gin. The finest botanicals, citrus infusions and expert distillation give the two distilled gins a unique, persistent and unmistakable aroma: a passionate tribute to the Sicilian roots of the producers, Lorenzo and Federico Inga, and to the scents and flavours of the Island. Panarea Island Gin and Panarea Sunset Gin are completely different from classic London Dry Gins: elegant in taste, with citrus and spicy notes enhanced by special distillation techniques that, even today, are a true ‘family secret’.
