Champagne Extra Brut 'Voyage 360' by Sanger is a blend of 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Meunier grapes, from vineyards located on 13 hectares spread over 42 crus that represent the entire Champagne denomination, to offer an exceptional tasting journey of the terroir. The reserve wines, isolated by vintage and by vine, give coherence to the unique and distinct style of the maison. Minimal use of chemical products, obsessive control of the vineyard, organic fertilization, long aging of 24 months on the yeasts guarantee respect for the origins and historical rules of Champagne. Notes of yellow berry fruit and citrus, brioche bread and pastry, spicy notes and dried fruit. Fresh and elegant taste, balanced and persistent, very pleasant.

Sanger
In the heart of the prestigious Champagne region in France, there is a one-of-a-kind winery: Sanger. This is not just any winery, but the wine production of the famous viticulture school of Avize. Here, the passion for bubbles meets educational innovation, giving life to a place where the art of winemaking becomes a subject of study and excellence.
The terroir of Champagne, with its chalky soils and temperate climate, is the ideal habitat for the noble grapes of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. These varieties, cultivated with care and dedication, are the basis of the cuvées produced by Sanger. In this educational and productive context, students learn the secrets of oenology, working side by side with expert winemakers, in a constant exchange between tradition and innovation.
The flagship of the production is the Cuvée des Élèves, a wine that embodies educational excellence and true champenoise quality. With its elegance and complexity, each sip tells a story of passion and expertise, a celebration of French savoir-faire that is renewed from generation to generation.
We invite sparkling wine enthusiasts to discover the magic of the Sanger winery on Vino45. Here, Champagne is not just a wine, but an educational experience that delights the senses and enriches the soul.
