Champagne Brut Nature 'Purity' (750 ml.) - Fabrice Moreau

Champagne Brut Nature 'Purity' by Fabrice Moreau is produced in Marfaux, within the Parc Naturel de la Montagne de Reims, with the aim of seeking absolute purity. Exclusively Pinot Meunier grapes from 45-year-old vines and without any sugar dosage, precisely to maintain the varietal identity of the grapes and highlight the character of the terroir. Aging for 50 months. Intense, rich and elegant, pleasantly fruity and immediately expressive. Aromas of snuffbox peach, ripe pear, hints of apricot, notes of candied citrus fruits and spicy nuances. Harmonious and broad, it has a creamy and rich sip, with ripe fruit. Fresh and savory finish. Excellent persistence and balance.

Halfway between Reims and Epernay, the capital of Champagne, the Maison Fabrice Moreau is located in Marfaux in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Natural Park, more precisely in the Ardre Valley, which offers excellent conditions for the cultivation of the three vines of Champagne. Their vineyard is spread over 23 plots, almost all located in the town of Marfaux, the vines are planted on the southern slope of the hill and each one bears its own name, often evocative such as «Les Gotte d'oro». The majority of the historic grape variety grown in their terroir is Pinot Meunier, prized for its fruity, rich flavor that is the basis of their cuvées. They also grow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which allow them to offer a varied range of Champagne.

Champagne Fabrice Moreau is the result of the work and involvement of an entire family. Adrien Moreau has continued the business since 2018 respecting the values he has received and relying on his previous professional experiences, with the aim of progressively evolving the family business. The implementations of innovative, more environmentally friendly viticultural practices as well as optimal winemaking techniques are his priorities as the new generation of this historic Champagne producing family.

Respect for the environment is the priority for the production of this maison Certified with High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne follows the "living soils" approach to minimize the carbon impact of its company.
