Farbe: Intensives, strahlendes Gold. Der Farbton erinnert an bernsteinfarbene Reflexe und suggeriert Komplexität und Reife, gleichzeitig aber auch optische Frische.
Perlage: Sehr fein und anhaltend.
Bouquet: Komplex und vielschichtig. Die ersten Eindrücke erinnern an reifes gelbes Fruchtfleisch, Pfirsich und Mango, gefolgt von Anklängen von kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und Trockenfrüchten, insbesondere Mandeln und Haselnüssen. Anschließend entfalten sich Noten von Gebäck, Akazienhonig, weißen Blüten und einer kalkhaltigen, mineralischen Note. Der Wein ist elegant, mit einer sehr zurückhaltenden oxidativen Nuance, die an die Komposition von Reserveweinen erinnert.
