Sauvignon Blanc 'Quarz' by Terlan is part of the “Selection” line with which the winery is able to express the best of its territory. Sauvignon white in purity, is harvested and selected by hand. Refine for 9 months on fine lees, partly in large wooden barrels (50%) and partly in stainless steel barrels (50%). Blending 3 months before being bottled. Among its peculiarities stand out the refined structure, depth and salty aftertaste, which embellish this noble white wine, which has now risen to international fame.
