Trento DOC Perlé Millesimato 2018 Ferrari is crafted from a meticulous selection of mountain-grown Chardonnay, cultivated between 400 and 700 meters on the sun-drenched slopes of Trentino. This vintage Trentodoc perfectly embodies Ferrari’s artistry and elegance, produced using the traditional Metodo Classico and aged on the lees for a full 5 years, followed by further bottle refinement. The bouquet reveals white flowers, citrus, and ripe yellow fruit, enriched by hints of toasted hazelnut and bread crust. On the palate, it offers a refined, dynamic, and enveloping texture, with an elegant crescendo that leads to a long, mineral finish, full of evolving sensations. A magnificent sparkling wine, ideal with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate risottos, and gourmet dishes.

THE COMPANY
A winery that needs no introduction, whose myth was born thanks to the intuition of a man, Giulio Ferrari, and the dream of creating in Trentino a wine capable of comparing itself with the best French Champagnes. A real pioneer, in fact it is he who first senses the extraordinary vocation of the land of him, he who first spreads Chardonnay in Italy. This is how he begins to produce a few carefully selected bottles with an obsessive cult for quality. Wines that immediately enter the hearts of the most demanding enthusiasts than ever, in Italy, had found sparkling wines so elegant, fine, surprising. However, having no children, Giulio Ferrari looks for a successor to whom he can entrust his dream. Among the many suitors he chooses Bruno Lunelli, owner of a famous wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno manages in a very short time, we are in the first half of the 50s, to increase production without ever compromising on quality, following the same line drawn by the founder. The tradition continues, and Bruno Lunelli transmits the passion to his sons: under the guidance of Franco, Gino and Mauro, Ferrari becomes the leader in Italy and the Italian toast par excellence. In these years some of the labels destined to make history saw the light: they are the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. Today, after more than a hundred years, Ferrari is synonymous with the best Italian sparkling wines. Unique wines, real hymns to the greatness of an unrivaled winery and a territory, that of Trento, which has proven to be able to offer some of the best bubbles in the world.
