The Mitterberg 'Donà Blanc' by Hartmann Donà is a cuvée made up of 60% Pinot Bianco and 40% Chardonnay. These two varieties have been cultivated in South Tyrol for over 100 years, and here, in suitable terroirs, they manage to create wines with a particular charm. Wines with ripe fruit, a soft body, and a minerality that becomes prominent after a few years of aging. The grapes come from ancient vines and, once fully ripe, are subjected to careful and delicate pressing, and their juice is fermented in wooden barrels. The aging on the lees for 23 months in barrels and the bottle aging for 2 years give the Donà Blanc roundness and softness, allowing it to fully develop its savory and mineral character.

Hartmann Donà
Immersed among the majestic peaks and breathtaking landscapes of Trentino-Alto Adige, the winery Hartmann Donà is a stronghold of mountain winemaking. Here, the fresh air and mineral soils give the wines a unique character that reflects the purity and verticality of the territory. Hartmann Donà, a winemaker and independent viticulturist, has transformed his passion for viticulture into a mission of authenticity and territorial expression, creating labels that are faithful mirrors of the Alps.
In the heart of these lands, under the DOC Alto Adige designation, Hartmann Donà diligently cultivates noble varieties such as Pinot Noir and Sauvignon. These grapes, caressed by the fresh winds and the intense light of the heights, transform into wines of rare elegance and depth. The Pinot Noir Riserva, in particular, is the crown jewel of the production: a wine that enchants with its refined structure and complex aromas, capable of evolving and surprising sip after sip.
Every bottle signed by Hartmann Donà is a sensory journey, an invitation to discover the nuances of a territory that speaks through the glass. Let yourself be carried away by the authenticity of the mountain wines from Hartmann Donà, available on Vino45, and experience the excitement of a winemaking experience that celebrates nature and the art of viticulture.
