Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero “Zero Nero” by Andrea Arici is a classic method Blanc de Noirs in purity, made from only Pinot Noir grapes grown on limestone terraces facing southeast in the municipality of Gussago, at the eastern edge of Franciacorta. The harvest is manual, with a strict selection of the bunches. After a gentle vinification in steel, there is an aging period of at least 30 months on the lees, without the addition of sugars at disgorgement, to enhance the varietal precision and the minerality of the terroir. The bouquet reveals notes of crunchy red fruits, ripe citrus, chalk, and white pepper. The taste is tense, vertical, and deep, with an elegant structure and a salty and persistent finish, which highlights the purity of Pinot Noir in sparkling form. A sparkling wine without compromises, ideal for pairing with meat carpaccios, fine cured meats, sashimi, and spicy dishes.

Andrea Arici
In the eastern heart of Franciacorta, among the sunlit hills of Gussago, was born in 1997 Colline della Stella, a small and passionate family-run business led by Andrea Arici, a visionary winemaker and custodian of an extraordinary territory. Here, between 150 and 350 meters above sea level, stretch 15 hectares of terraced vineyards, cultivated on calcareous soils with high drainage capacity: a unique terroir capable of giving the wines a distinct freshness, mineral tension, and aromatic finesse.
The production philosophy of Colline della Stella is clear and radical: to express the authentic identity of Franciacorta through Franciacorta exclusively non-dosed. No compromises, no added sugars: just the truth of the wine, in its purest and most essential form. Each bottle is the result of a masterful balance between oenological rigor and respect for nature, with wines that are vibrant, deep, expressive, and elegant, designed to move and surprise.
The main grapes, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are vinified in steel for a short aging period on the fine lees, in order to preserve their freshness and varietal integrity. This is followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with long aging on the yeasts ranging from 18 to over 60 months, to achieve complexity, creaminess, and persistence. Each cuvée is disgorged without any dosage, with a topping up done exclusively with the same wine, resulting in absolute expressive coherence.
Alongside the sparkling wines, Colline della Stella also produces still red wines of great personality, starting from varieties such as Barbera, Nebbiolo, Rebo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah. These wines rest for about two years in French oak barrels, developing elegance and structure.
Colline della Stella is not just a winery: it is a project of identity, authenticity, and passion. An invitation to discover the most sincere Franciacorta, where every sip tells a story of land, dedication, and talent.
