Aglianico del Sannio DOC 'Janare Lucchero' is part of the Janare Cru line by La Guardiense and comes from selected vineyards in Sannio Beneventano, at an altitude of 250-300 meters, on calcareous-clay soils that promote slow maturation and aromatic concentration. The winemaking process involves fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures, followed by aging for 6 months in Allier oak tonneau, which imparts elegance and complexity to the wine. On the nose, it releases a rich and layered bouquet, with ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and dried flowers in perfect balance. On the palate, it is structured and deep, with a fine and integrated tannin that envelops gracefully, revealing a sharp, persistent, and harmonious sip. A red of great personality, which stylishly interprets the tradition of Aglianico from Sannio. Perfect with wild game, succulent roasts, and aged cheeses.
