The Bourgogne Pinot Noir from Domaine Chanson is born from soils of clay, limestone, and pebbles typical of the South of Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. Elegant with aromas of violet mixed with crisp scents of ripe cherries and strawberries, and a hint of spices. Complex and full of energy. Tense texture and very pure fruit. Long aftertaste with spicy nuances. A super classic of Burgundy, ideal with braised dishes and roasts, as well as with regional cheeses (Comté, Epoisses, Citeaux).

THE COMPANY
During the reign of Louis XV, around 1750, Simon Verry founded the winery now known as Domaine Chanson Père et Fils, one of the first winemaking realities in Burgundy to give rise to the wine trade, which began in Beaune during the 18th century. Over two centuries later, the Maison currently has a vineyard property of about seventy hectares, spread across the best areas classified as “premier cru”, both in Beaune and in Savigny and Pernand Vergelesses. Since 1999, the Chanson company has belonged to the Bollinger Champagne group, which, pursuing a policy aimed primarily at achieving the highest quality in each wine, employs a large team of experts capable of truly bringing out the best from the finest terroirs of Burgundy and the grapes originating from them. Among the rows, there is always constant and maximum respect for the balance of environment, nature, and ecosystem, and the agronomic norms followed dedicate careful and meticulous attention to each plant, so that the grapes harvested are precious, pure, and concentrated in every subtle nuance. In the cellar, by scrupulously controlling every production step, the main objective of enhancing everything that the season and the territory have been able to express in the fruit is never lost sight of. This way, a range of labels capable of meeting all tastes and needs is born. From Chablis to Puligny Montrachet, from Pommard to Bourgogne (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir above all), the bottles that refer to Domaine Chanson are synonymous with the highest oenological excellence of Burgundy and beyond. Wines from the winery founded by Simon Verry that can captivate from the first sip and offer emotions that few other wines can provide.
