'Passo delle Mule' by Duca di Salaparuta is 100% Nero d’Avola made from grapes from the Suor Marchesa Estate, inland from the coast of southern Sicily. Here soil, climate and altitude provide a perfect mix for the production of this enveloping wine, which offers softness combined with remarkable freshness on the palate. Wise blend of aging that comes from the meeting of wines that spend at least 10 months in very fine-grained oak and reds mitigated by vitrified concrete vats.
