Alto Adige Pinot Grigio DOC 2024 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Pinot Grigio 'Tradition' line from Terlan is part of the Bordeaux grape family, with manual harvesting and selection of the grapes. It ages for 5-7 months in steel barrels. It is a wine that presents itself as quite elegant right away, with a delicate fruity bouquet and rich nuances, enchanting the palate with a balanced acidity that lingers in the aftertaste. It pairs well with South Tyrolean first courses based on speck, bresaola, or venison salami, as well as typical Italian dishes, such as Parma ham, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive pâté, herb risotto, nettle gnocchi, or red beet canederli. It also pairs well with truffle-based recipes, mildly spiced veal, and grilled fish.
