Alto Adige DOC Riserva 'Nova Domus' 2021 (750 ml.) Terlan

The 'Nova Domus' Riserva from Terlan is a white wine resulting from a blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The fermentation takes place slowly, in large wooden barrels, and the aging of 12 months is always performed in large wooden barrels. The result is a wine with a complex bouquet that expresses itself through fruity notes that take on different nuances, combined with hints of aromatic herbs. Great balance, a structured and decisive body with a pleasant salty imprint. The 'Nova Domus' expresses its absolute potential only after several years of maturation in the bottle.
