
The Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 'Glen Elgin' 2010 11 Years by Duncan Taylor is part of the 'Single Cask' line, i.e. obtained from a single barrel, synonymous with the highest quality. It was produced at Glen Elgin Distillery, a renowned Speyside distillery. Distilled in 2010, matured in single barrels and released in 2021 as Cask Strenght whiskey at 54.8%, without cold filtration or dyes. Excellent whiskey with aromas of sweet orange peel and creamy malt that balances oak spice. On the palate it is spiced with ginger and cinnamon as well as tastier notes of cumin and black pepper. On the finish a touch of honey, cooked fruit balanced by warm notes of cedar. Only 327 bottles produced.
