The Single Malt Scotch Whisky Speyside 'Organic 2012' from Benromach is produced only with the finest malt and the purest water. It is the first single malt whisky to be certified Organic. The entire production process and the subsequent aging phase are certified. It ages for a minimum of three years in American oak barrels. Each barrel is filled, weighed, and marked by hand before being stored for many years in traditional dunnage warehouses. When tasted neat, one can perceive the sweet aroma with notes of charred oak and fresh fruit (bananas and pineapples). Smoky tones with an earthy hint. Diluted with water, it highlights the sweetness with a malty aroma. Intense fragrant notes emerge.

Founded in the heart of one of the most famous regions for whisky production, Benromach stands out for its dedication to traditional techniques that enhance the authenticity and quality of its single malts. Here, among the green hills and changing skies, malted barley becomes the star, transforming into spirits that carry the soul of the Scottish land.
The production philosophy of Benromach is a tribute to the past, with a keen eye on artisanal detail. Every stage of production is carefully crafted with precision and passion, from traditional malting techniques to the use of copper stills, and aging in a selection of casks that impart character and depth to the final product. The result is an elegant and slightly peaty whisky, capable of evoking the aromas of wood and earth, with complex notes that unfold sip by sip.
Among the gems of the distillery stands the Benromach 15 yo, a single malt that perfectly embodies the spirit of Speyside. With its rich aromas and balanced flavor, this whisky represents a sensory journey through notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and a delicate smoky touch.
