A symbol of elegance and tradition, San Leonardo is a Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot) expressing the soul of its land. Grapes come from 150–200 m altitude vineyards at the Dolomites’ foothills, on gravelly, well-drained soils. A manual harvest ensures strict grape selection, followed by spontaneous fermentation in cement vats. The wine ages for 24 months in French oak barriques, then at least 12 months in bottle. The result is a wine of extraordinary complexity, with black fruit, spice, tobacco notes and a refined tannic texture. A red of great longevity, embodying stylistic precision and finesse.
