THE COMPANY

- -20%
The 'Bacialè' by Braida represents the harmony of the union of different grape varieties: it is composed of 60% Barbera, to which Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc are added. The name Bacialè in the Asti dialect indeed refers to the matchmaker, that is, someone who combines marriages. The grapes used come from vineyards located in two different areas: Rocchetta Tanaro and Castelnuovo Calcea. The aging process takes place partly in wooden vats and partly in oak barrels for about 12 months. Once the various parts are blended, a bottle aging of 4 months is carried out. The result is an intense and brilliant ruby red wine. Fruity and spicy bouquet, with notes of blackberry, plum, pepper, and cinnamon. Full-bodied and balanced, soft and fresh, elegant and lively.
