Grappa Bianca di Amarone (500 ml. boxed) Albino Armani

The Grappa Bianca di Amarone by Albino Armani is obtained using the delicate technique of discontinuous distillation in a water bath from pomace of dried grapes intended for the production of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico. Colorless and crystalline, the Amarone grappa has an intense aroma reminiscent of the skins of the starting grapes, with slight hints of hay, showcasing its excellent complexity. On the palate, it is smooth and persistent, elegant and dry, with light notes of ripe fruit. The aftertaste is long and wide, typical of a grappa distilled from red grape pomace, yet at the same time delicate.

Albino Armani

When we talk about Albino Armani, we immerse ourselves in a story that has roots in four centuries of winemaking tradition, a narrative that crosses generations and regions, expanding between Veneto, Trentino, and Friuli. This winery represents a bridge between the past and the future, where each bottle tells not only the story of a family but also that of an entire wine region.

The lands of Albino Armani extend across the DOCs of the Tre Venezie, an area that evokes landscapes of rare beauty and enological richness. Here, tradition intertwines with a modern and sustainable approach aimed at protecting and enhancing native grape varieties. The winery has chosen to preserve the environment and its resources by adopting cultivation practices that respect the ecosystem, in a perfect blend of innovation and respect for nature.

The grape varieties cultivated, such as Pinot Grigio and Marzemino, find in the production philosophy of Albino Armani a fertile ground to express their full potential.
