The Extra Brut Vintage Champagne by Fabrice Moreau is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier from a estate located in Marfaux, within the Parc Naturel de la Montagne de Reims. A Recoltant Manipulant house that works with passion and offers a range of Champagne with an artisanal character, capable of expressing the best of the terroir. The three grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately, with aging on the lees lasting 40 months. Elegant and refined, it captivates with aromas of white flowers, citrus fragrances, notes of ripe fruit, hints of bread crust and pastries, nuances of almond, dried fruit, and light toasting. Broad and rich, with complex and deep aromas, good taste persistence, savory and fresh. It beautifully combines complexity and freshness.
