Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2023 (750 ml.) Vietti

The Moscato d’Asti from Vietti is produced from grapes sourced from small vineyards in Castiglione Tinella with an average age of 40 years. The Moscato does not undergo malolactic fermentation and is bottled with sterile filtration, thus maintaining its natural freshness, aromaticity, and fine bubbles. Intense aroma of ripe yellow fruit (peaches, apricots), floral notes (rose petals), and ginger. Sweet and delicate on the palate, with modest acidity, good balance, and complexity. Finish of fresh apricots. Perfect as an aperitif, with desserts, blue cheeses, Asian cuisine, and lobster.
