'Le Ginestre' from Castellare di Castellina is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes cultivated in vineyards situated between 350 and 400 meters above sea level. Fermentation and maturation in contact with the noble lees are carried out in French oak barrels. It is a very pleasant wine to drink, where the depth of Chardonnay and the aromas of Sauvignon Blanc merge into a delicate and savory whole at the same time. Classic with fish and shellfish, interesting with white meats, and also perfect when paired with typical Tuscan cold cuts, which it manages to cleanse of greasiness and harmonize the aromas.
