Terre Siciliane IGT Nero d’Avola 'Tripudium' is the flagship wine of the Pellegrino winery, first crafted in 2001 to celebrate the excellence of each Sicilian harvest. Made from Nero d’Avola, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, in proportions that vary depending on the vintage, it originates from hillside vineyards in the Trapani province, surrounded by the sea, nature reserves, and ancient history. Following a manual harvest in September, the grapes undergo meticulous vinification, followed by an extended ageing of at least 24 months between stainless steel tanks and French oak barriques. The result is a majestic, enveloping red, with aromas of black cherry, plum, sweet spices, eucalyptus, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is elegant, velvety, and persistent, a wine that truly captures the noble and authentic soul of Sicily.
