The label depicts a famous painting by Titian 'Man with armour'. Fermentation in contact with the skins for 18-20 days and fermentation for 80% of the mature mass in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months, the remaining 20% matures in 225 It French oak barriques. Red with an intense aroma and persistent with typical hints of violets and fruits of forest. It is a full-bodied, austere wine, with juicy tannins and a fresh acidity. Aromatic complexity that comes from well-balanced wood. It goes well with grilled meats, roast pigeon and sliced beef.
