The 'Bricco del Falco' from Isolabella della Croce is an excellent pure Pinot Noir. It is produced in Loazzolo, in the Monferrato region, where the altitude, exposure, temperature variation, lean and calcareous soils, and climatic conditions fully enhance the characteristics of Pinot Noir. Hand-harvested at full ripeness. After the first fermentation, the must is pressed and part of it is transferred to the Vinooxygen vat where it will remain until aging, while the other part goes into steel and then is transferred to barriques and tonneaux. Delicate fruity, floral, and spicy notes. Great delicacy and tasting elegance made up of a perfect balance between the liveliness of the tannin and acidity compensated by the warm note of alcohol and the almond finish.
