The Grappa di Barolo 12 Years from Marolo - Distilleria Santa Teresa, comes from a long journey that began in the 1970s, a time when Paolo Marolo started producing artisanal distillates using small steam boilers. The production process relies on an absolutely high-quality raw material, consisting of fresh and fragrant Nebbiolo grape pomace, sourced from winemaking of Barolo carried out by local wineries. At the end of the distillation process, a fragrant, delicate, and elegant distillate is obtained, which is aged for a period of 12 years in small oak and acacia barrels. The combination of two different essences allows for an extraordinary aromatic complexity and the pleasant slightly honeyed notes typical of acacia. Alcohol content 50°
