The Grappa from Grattamacco is an elegant and characterful distillate, obtained from the fresh pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese grapes used to produce the great reds of the famous Tuscan estate. Artisanally distilled using a discontinuous bain-marie method, it releases the full essence of the Bolgheri terroir, offering extraordinary expressive purity. On the nose, it opens with ethereal and clear aromas, where notes of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, almond, and light floral accents emerge. On the palate, it is soft, warm, and enveloping, with a balanced structure and a clean, persistent, and harmonious finish. Ideal for meditation or as a refined after-dinner drink, it is offered in a 500 ml bottle with a case, perfect also as a gift. A grappa that tells the authentic soul of the Tuscan coast with elegance and intensity. Only 1500 bottles produced.
