The Petit Chablis by Albert Pic is a white wine from Burgundy, slender, fresh, and pleasant, very balanced. Made exclusively from Chardonnay, it is vinified only in steel to preserve all the fresh notes typical of the grape variety. It has a clearly and pleasantly citrus profile, with hints of lemon, white flowers, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, slender, very pleasant, and refreshing, with elegant minerality and well-balanced. It pairs perfectly with raw fish, sushi and sashimi, seafood appetizers, fish first courses, and light vegetable-based dishes.

Albert Pic & Fils
Founded back in 1755, Maison Albert Pic & Fils is one of the most historic and prestigious wineries in Burgundy. Considered the oldest wine house in Chablis, it was also among the first to bring the elegance of its whites to the Anglo-Saxon world, winning over generations of connoisseurs with an unmistakable, refined, and timeless style.
Nestled at the foot of the hills that host the region's most famous vineyards, Maison Albert Pic has always been exclusively dedicated to the production of white wines from Chardonnay grapes. A precise choice, driven by the desire to maximize the identity of the terroir. Here, winemaking follows traditional methods that respect the grapes: no barrique, no aromatic overstructure, allowing space for the purity, freshness, and minerality that make Chablis famous worldwide.
In 1985, the house opened a new chapter with the acquisition by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, known for his iconic Pouilly-Fumé. Under his guidance, the winery underwent profound modernization: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and advanced winemaking technologies were introduced, further elevating the quality while staying true to the historical roots of the house.
Today, Maison Albert Pic & Fils continues to be a benchmark for Chablis lovers, offering a refined range that includes Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru. Each bottle is an authentic expression of the territory, the result of passion, rigor, and deep knowledge.
