THE COMPANY
The name of Giuseppe Quintarelli has been a guiding light in Valpolicella for years, representing the quintessence of a territory that is now rightly recognized as one of the most prestigious in Italian winemaking.
In the Negrar valley, twelve hectares of vineyards, where the native varieties of corvina, corvinone, rondinella, and molinara meet, produce about 50,000 bottles annually. We are talking about a very ancient story, which began in the early 1900s with Silvio Quintarelli, and then continued, from the mid-century, in the name of tradition and the highest quality standards with the youngest of his sons, “Bepi,” now the undisputed master of Amarone. Born from the deepest respect for nature and a very strict selection of grapes, Quintarelli wines are with a capital “V,” labels that encapsulate important centuries-old expertise and unique awareness, which year after year are put into practice, both in the vineyards and in the drying techniques and cellar practices. But it doesn't stop there: Quintarelli wines also surprise with their great vitality, a characteristic that, as if that weren't enough, makes them naturally predisposed for very long aging, during which they improve enormously, expressing themselves for a long time even after the bottle is opened.
