Trento DOC Perlè Millesimato 2018 Ferrari is born from a careful selection of mountain Chardonnay, cultivated between 400 and 700 meters on the sun-drenched slopes of Trentino. It is the vintage Trentodoc that best embodies the art and elegance Ferrari, thanks to the rigorous Metodo Classico and a yeast aging of as much as 5 years, followed by further refinement in the bottle. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers, citrus, ripe yellow fruit, with hints of toasted hazelnut and bread crust. The palate is fine, dynamic, and enveloping, with an elegant tasting finish in a unique crescendo leading to a long and mineral finish, offering evolving emotions. A wonderful wine, perfect with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate risottos, and gourmet dishes.
