The Schioppettino from Bressan is made from pure grapes of the same name grown in Farra d'Isonzo, from vines over 30 years old. In the vineyard, only a little copper and sulfur are used, the grapes are harvested in a slightly late vintage and taken to the winery to undergo a slow fermentation in steel. It ages for at least 12 months in oak barrels. An unforgettable red thanks to its incredible aromaticity combined with the character of a champion. An uncontrollable bouquet of black pepper, tomato, ripe cherry, and earth, in a continuous and dynamic evolution. The palate has a filling and velvety texture, and an unquantifiable persistence with the usual parameters. An unmissable experience.
