The Salento Rosé 'Tramari' from San Marzano comes from San Marzano (TA), about 100 m above sea level. In balance 'Between the Seas' it is an elegant and light rosé, sophisticated yet casual, born under the sun of Salento's summers. Made entirely from Primitivo grapes. Fermented in steel, with partial pressing of the Primitivo grape must after a few hours of maceration, followed by white fermentation. Floral and saline notes that bring to mind the rugged and sandy coast. Pale pink, with hints of cherry and raspberry. A fresh and elegant taste, balanced on the palate. Perfect with Italian appetizers, fish soups and brodetti, fish baked in foil or in the oven, young or slightly aged cheeses.
