Alto Adige Gewurztraminer DOC 2023 (750 ml.) Terlan

The Gewürztraminer from Terlan is part of the Tradition line and takes its name from the wine village of Termeno, in the Low Atesina region. It is a cornerstone of the assortment of white wines produced in South Tyrol. Thanks to its distinctly floral and fruity components, and especially its intense aromas, this wine enjoys great popularity and is increasingly paired with Asian recipes. Harvesting and selection of grapes are done by hand. Gentle pressing and racking. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 6-7 months on fine lees in steel barrels. The unmistakable aromatic structure of this wine is also present on the palate, where the fresh fruity flavor and lively acidity, accompanied by mineral notes, leave a round and persistent aftertaste.
