Rive di Refrontolo 'Col del Forno' by Andreola, "Le Rive" selection, is a Valdobbiadene with exclusive characteristics drawn from soils dating back 100,000 years ago, before the last ice age. The 4 hectares of gentle slopes planted with vineyards around 200 meters above sea level are located at the eastern end of the Rive di Refrontolo appellation area. Brut of balanced and elegant complexity, with a gentle but decisive effervescence. Smells of apple, citron, lime, blood orange and a pleasant note of crunchy. Elegant, savory, dry and velvety. Despite the strong personality, it proves to be versatile and successfully marries any dish, from fish to white meats, delicate salami and medium-aged cheeses.

Andreola of Pola family farm grows some of the finest vineyards of the territory, also in the "mythical" Cartizze hill. A Col San Martino, a few kilometers to the east of Valdobbiadene. An incredible place, able to express the best of the appellation for finesse and minerality of Prosecco. The Andreola bubbles are in fact real references for any fan, from the Extra Brut Dry.
